Sales Presentations Training

The ability to persuade prospective and existing customers via sales presentations is one of the most valuable skills a sales professional can cultivate. Sales presentations are at the heart of the prospecting and mining process. Customers depend on sales professionals, even those they have known for years, to provide clear and understandable sales presentations. Many sales professionals are master communicators and have the ability to talk their way through just about any situation but lack the skills to use their natural demeanor to their advantage in a presentation. Other sales professionals have the skills to build powerful presentations but lack the communication skills to reinforce their message. Of course, just about every sales professional must deal with the anxiety that often accompanies a presentation. Our interactive and fast-paced Sales Presentations Training workshop is a sales-focused training program designed to provide sales professionals with the opportunity to learn and practice effective communication and presentation techniques coupled with key strategies to design persuasive presentations.

Sales Presentations Training is a two-day participatory public speaking seminar centered on the ability to empower sales professionals with proven communication and organizational strategies for effective sales presentations at customer sites. Topics such as the ability to “read” client needs, preparation, structure, delivery, strategy, multimedia usage and the capacity to deal with questions and hostile prospects are covered in this training workshop. These seminar skills can be utilized whether one has to present a sales proposal for a project bid or inform an existing customer on new product offerings. Sales professionals practice by preparing and delivering a sales presentation which they will use within ninety days of the class. Each sales professional will be videotaped ten times and provided one-on-one coaching to ensure personalized feedback from a senior instructor. Feedback sessions allow participants to evaluate personal progress and alter any behaviors or areas of needed improvement. Training time is also spent working on individual exercises, group activities, communication modules, question and answer sessions and discussions. All sales presentations skills taught in the class are used and modeled by our instructors.
