marketing presentation which, ideally, will be delivered shortly after
attending this training workshop. Videotaping is used extensively to
reinforce the learning process and is followed by one-on-one coaching
and feedback. This personalized training approach promotes individual
progress and allows participants to build confidence and alter behavior
that might detract from a message. Activities such as assessments,
personal exercises, group discussions, and discussion sessions help
shape the classroom environment.
